I was frightened about having surgery to remove my brain tumor. I was told that with surgery I would likely lose hearing in my right ear and I could have facial paralysis and balance problems for the rest of my life. I thought about the possibility that something could go permanently wrong and how this would affect my children. Then I learned about Dr. Lipani and his extensive experience using Cyberknife. He explained that with radiosurgery injury to my hearing and facial nerves would be less risky than surgery. With less risk and no cutting I was sold! It turned out treatment for my tumor was very easy. I didn’t have any side effects and my quality of life never changed.

Just wanted to give you an update regarding my CyberKnife procedure for trigeminal neuralgia. Although it took 8 months after the procedure to obtain pain relief, I have not had any pain. He explained why my tumor was inoperable and how radiosurgery can be used to treat my tumor safely while preventing further injury. He told me there was also a chance my vision would improve as well. Fortunately for me he was right. The treatment process was a breeze. Thanks to Dr. Lipani and his team my vision improved too. There are no words to describe how happy I am to have survived this ordeal with such amazing success!

I have been to so many physicians in the past year who not only don’t know my name, but also never bothered to read any of the information I sent them prior to my visit.

Kathy handled all my insurance pre-certifications and made sure that no aspect was stress to me. Dr. Lipani is the absolute best. He takes the time to fully explain and answers questions, have a great bedside manner, and saw me every day of my hospital stay after surgery, even on a holiday. What can I say. Dr. Lipani is an angel!! From beginning to end, he answered all of my questions in a way I could fully understand exactly what was going on and/or needed to be done; even gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I needed him!! He truly cared about me and my case and the severe pain my spinal stenosis was causing me! Having surgery is never an easy decision to make, but if you decide to do so, Dr. Lipani is the only surgeon I would recommend taking on your case!

Dr Lipani is one of the best neurosurgeons in the world. I was lucky to find him in 2018 when I couldn’t move my neck. He replaced 3 discs and I have been great ever since. In December of 2022 I fell down stairs at a church and broke my back. The hospital sent me home to heal and after two months in bed it had gotten worse, the vertebra compressed and a piece of bone was moving into my spinal column. I was in danger of being permanently disabled and again called Dr Lipani. Kathy immediately retrieved my medical records and sent them to Dr Lipani. I was in the office the next day and he spent over an hour explaining what he had to do to prevent any further damage and give me my life back. I am 7 months out now after a 7 vertebra spinal fusion and am doing well. Still doing PT and healing, but I can now do most normal things in life. This is the second time Dr Lipani gave me my life back. I wouldn’t think of letting anyone else do such a serious surgery. Dr Lipani is not only brilliant, but kind, compassionate focused and always puts his patients first. He even gave me his cell phone number to call anytime. He always got back to me. Kathy, his office administrator is awesome as well. She had my surgery reapproved in a couple of days and keeps on top of everything. I would highly recommend Dr Lipani. After extensive search for the best neurosurgeon, we found Dr. John D. Lipani (MD, PhD) of Princeton Neurological Surgery. It has been proven that Dr. Lipani is a truly amazing neurosurgeon. He is the best!!! Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. John D. Lipani for curing our son by performing a successful ACDF. Immediately after the surgery, our son’s symptoms have significantly improved. Our son now is three weeks post op and continues to recover well.
